Who We Are

John Patrick Mucklestone is a well versed and experienced criminal defense attorney who has been practicing law in the state of Washington since 1990. Since then he has refined his practice to traffic law, particularly criminal D.U.I charges, Reckless and Negligent Driving, Speeding, as well as other ticket infractions. His legal expertise and strategies have given his clients the upper edge in the ever-changing Washington Courts.

John comes from a long line of experienced family lawyers, from his parents John Presley Mucklestone (WSBA #266) and Patricia Mucklestone (WSBA #265), to his extended family and siblings Jeannie and James, who also share experience in the legal profession. He continues to represent and serve his clients daily, traveling to all ends of Washington State to ensure those who require his service maintain as clean of a driving record as they can, while being able to help keep their auto insurance costs low, with a high rate of success. John is based out of Woodinville, Washington.

Alongside his legal presence, John is an avid musician and family man, and enjoys playing with his family at venues across the state of Washington, from the Bite of Seattle to the Evergreen State Fair, and more.
